A lawn grate or eco-parking is well suited not only for organizing a parking lot, but also perfect for arranging urban and park areas.
The scene has a TurboSmooth - 1 Render iters modifier, the stack is not collapsed. There is no modifier in the export file.
The grass is multiplied using Corona Scatter, which allows not to overload the scene with unnecessary geometry. Scatter settings in the archive. Only propagation samples are left in the export file.
The model was created in 3ds Max 19.

For Corona render, it is recommended to install a version not lower than 1.5, since the glossiness of the materials is adjusted taking into account PBR.
