Note: The model uses the "Hair and Fur" modifier and works only in 3ds Max. It can be rendered in both Corona and V-ray
In order for "Hair and Fur" to work correctly, your scene must be in centimeters(or mm) and at the right scale. And in the "Effects" of "Hair and Fur", change "buffer" to "geometry".
There is fbx in the archive, but formally only the form itself without "Hair and Fur".
