The pile of the carpet is made using Hair and Fur.
Fur colors can be changed to your liking in the Hair and Fur settings.

There is no fur in the export file.
System units of the scene are mm.
For medium and long shots, and to speed up rendering if needed, I recommend lowering the Hair Count and Hair Segments values in the General Parameters tab.
