The fur on the carpet is made using the Hair and Fur modifier, the material of the carpet is made using CoronaHairMtl. You can edit all parameters for your purposes.

Rendering -> Effects -> Hair and Fur -> Hair -> mr prim or buffer;
System Units Setup - Millimeters;
Export file (fbx) missing Hair and Fur modifier
