Classic vintage scales made of aged copper. In fact, the ref was a photo of a Chinese craft, so the scales imitate copper and cannot be animated.
Subdivision-ready geometry, PBR (Metallic/Roughness) materials, Metallness map in Corona can only be enabled in version 7. In general, I converted to the crown with a script and did NOT check it in the scene.
