The fur is made with the hair&fur modifier, in the archive there is a screenshot with the settings. For correct display, check that the units in the scene are in mm: Customize - Units setup - System unit setup - mm
Made in Corona 9.
The model uses CoronaLegacyMtl and CoronaHairMtl materials, which may not display correctly in very old versions of the engine.
For Corona render, version 1.5 or higher is recommended, as the glossiness of materials is adjusted considering the PBR.
